  1. Nothing is open yet over there still lots of construction
  2. I'm not sure I would blame it completely on the mall Cane Rosso wasn't bad but I only ate there once and I love pizza. And as far as Twisted Root goes I didn't think the food came close to the one in Richardson and I only ate at the Fairview location twice at most. Now Gloria's puts out a decent product and I go there several times a year and they always have a decent crowd. I'm not saying the mall isn't lacking but I don't miss anyone who has left except maybe Patrizio. I can assure you Bowlero won't be open much longer either and it has nothing to do with the mall it's just way over priced and crappy management. I do agree Stacy Green will make it harder on them unless they get some quality establishments to sign up. Hey but why do I care spring is in the air and patio weather is almost here 😀
  3. Well I've asked the Whole Foods employee's several times what's being built next to the store and they said it wasn't related to the store and that the mall is building it.
  4. We went this weekend for the grand opening and it seems a lot better than the old Splitsville. The bowling lanes are the same except they added black lights and big screen TV's. They also added a game room and pool tables and the place appears to be bigger than before. It had kind of a sports bar feel to it that just so happened to have bowling lanes. As for the food we didn't have any so can't comment on that.
  5. Thanks for the heads up I wish I was excited about this
  6. I was told about Tilted Kilt by someone who worked for Inaka. The Tilted Kilt in Frisco was horrible so I'm not overly excited about it.
  7. Rumor has it the Tilted Kilt Pub bought the place and will be opening in there.
  8. According to Fairview's website they are scheduled to open in early September.
  9. According to the Fairview Town Center website Elliott's Hardware coming soon but doesn't give date. I grew up going to the on Motor St. in Dallas and that place had everything https://www.fairviewtowncenter.com
  10. I would suggest searching Craigslist https://dallas.craigslist.org/search/hhh

  12. I just saw this today https://www.usatoday.com/story/money/business/2018/01/24/see-if-your-toys-r-us-store-closure-list/1060761001/
  13. I was there Saturday night as well and your friend is correct it was loud (another old man moment) but we did enjoy the band. We got there around 8:30 and it wasn't very crowded at all but by 10 they had a pretty good crowd. In the game room they had a small but free shuffleboard table, a small pool table that cost $1.00 per game and one dartboard. I didn't play darts so can comment on the quality of the darts. The shuffleboard is worthless in my opinion and the pool table is your basic bar pool table so had fun playing it. I can't comment on the food either we didn't order anything we went to Wild Salsa before heading here.
